m actually referring to work.. maybe part of the malas-ness comes from pregnancy.. but most of it comes from being fed-up with this company.. ever since i started working here, i've been showing my capabilities to the bosses.. smpi ke ceo pun knows what i do for the department and my boss. smpi manager2 lain pun tau what m capable of.. yes, mmg best bila jadi camtu.. best sgt.. tp bila after 2 years tak dpt monetary recognition, best ke mcm tu?? a pat on the back does not provide meals on the table ya encik2 dan puan2 bos..
fyi, i have to do my bosses' tasks which is beyond my paygrade and designation level. mula2 mmg la best.. on the hind sight, yes i get to learn a lot.. but when the bosses nmpk my capabilities, they start to milk it out of me.. semua taichi to me.. and they get the credit.. smpi bila nk diam? smpi bila nk diperah mcm tu? and bila the last promotion exercise by company nama aku tak naik, to me tats it.. tat was the last straw..
nasib baik tgh pregnant, so when i start to be malas, i just do what my designation level n paygrade level requires, takde sape pun bising coz they thought it is because of my pregnancy hahahaha.. tp sbnrnyer aku da fed up giler.. a snr exec buat keje vice president, general manager, snr manager, mgr??? hahaha.. no more la.. enough is enough la kan..
so u may ask why the hell m i still with the company then?? my answer is simple. sbnrnyer pegi mana pun sama je.. ada pros and cons dia tul tak.. kat sini nk dpt environment yg sama mcm company lain mmg mustahil kut.. the friends.. the social circle.. the benefits in terms of sblh shopping malls, sng nk gi post ofc ke, clinic ke, apa ke and bosses tak bising sgt.. pastu nk hntr anak skolah ke, amik anak skolah ke pun ok jer..
lg satu for mom to be like me, ada tempat nk pump susu.. penting tu.. i found out some places dont hv tmpt nk pump susu.. surau pun campur laki pompuan.. ada yg kena pump kat toilet.. for us, surau siap ada kat both levels and of course separated men n women.. so mmg ramai mothers buat pumping kat surau je.. bos pun tak bising..
so for these reasons, stay je la dulu.. unless ada rezeki tmpt lain yg ada jugak benefits mcm kat atas ni.. hehehe..
