haaa apa tu??? ini ler antara penyebab aina nyer bdn naik gak.. other than having to eat so frequently because of breastfeeding, m also on 'depo' - a contraceptive injection. salah satu effect injection ni unfortunately utk org yg berat yoyo cam aku ni is weight gain!!!!
tp malas la setiap kali org kata aku ni mcm pregnant nk kena explain that
1) m breastfeeding - mkn byk gilerrrrr
2) czer birth - lum bleh exercise perut sgt lg
3) depo - contraceptive injection
penat kan nk kena explain tiap2 kali ada mulut puaka nk kutuk my perut yg still mcm pregnant.. but at least my readers know the reasons la hehe..
