Recap. By aug’s salary I didn’t get my claim of almost RM2.6K. HR
didn’t pre-empt me. I had to seek for explanation.
A few days after the confrontation with HR, to make matters worse
my hp was barred. I had to use my own money to pay some of the amount first.
Cudnt pay all la, kang nk mkn pakai duit apa kan..
Few days later I was instructed to go Jakarta again in the middle
of sept.. so I had to get my claim sorted before I go to Jakarta, tak nak la my
hp kena bar kat sana kan.. nanti lg leceh.. masa tu HR told me that tips for
hotel and taxi without receipt tak bleh claim, and my phone bill claim will be
processed. I said ok je la. Malas nk panjang2 kan cerita. To me as long as
phone bill bleh claim ok la.
M already prepared for my salary to be deducted because the cash
advance given were already used for the items yg tak bleh claim tu, and balance
of cash adv da bank in awal2 lepas balik Jakarta bln july hari tu kan. So yes,
already prepared for an amount of about rm850 to be deducted from my salary.
Yuppp, banyakkkk kannnnnn… tp takpe la, mak redho jerrrrr.. pdn muka aku sdri
gi luruih sgt letak as tips and tak amik gmbr meter taxi tu knp..

Haaa tu yg nk citer tu.. Sept pay day came.. checked my account
nmpk ada masuk lebih so maknanyer ok la claim masuk tp not the amount m
supposed to get. I got much less. Bila check payslip mmg menyirap darah
tgk! Ok here’s where it gets a lil technical-accountacy-ish..

BUKAN DUA2 BAHAGIAN ATAS BAWAH KENA POTONG!!!! sepatutnya hanya salah satu bhgn je potong, kalau da potong atas, bwh xde potongan dah ler! kalau atas tak potong apa2, baru ler potong!!! bongok itu pun nak kena ajar ke????
So meaning HR did double
deduction! Harus la mintak explanation betul tak??? Kenapa da potong kat gaji, potong
lg kat claim? Doesn’t make sense right???
So what did i do? Serang HR? Mengamuk??
