another common question about our baby's preparation is breast pump. dah beli? dah pilih brand apa? dah tau nak manual or electric? and tonnes of other questions.. i dont blame korang yg tanya, biasa la excited for me kan hehehe..
i know many will go "huh?!!" on my decision but i will only purchase my chosen breast pump when the baby is born. maybe i will buy a cheap manual one first because:
- i know friends yang susu tak keluar langsung.. so it is best to "test my breast" first before making the big purchase.
- i have a history of lactose intolerant where i couldnt consume my mother's milk at all. i HAD to take soy-based milk only. i am praying that baby A will follow ajoy on this so that baby A wont hv to suffer like me when i was a baby.
because of the reasons above, we made a decision to purchase electric breast pump only after we've confirmed that baby A can breastfeed.. :)
and if we were to purchase the pump, we will be purchasing the brand medela based on majority's testimonial. majority meaning people i've spoken to about breast pump hehehe..
