my bff has been nagging me to call tukang urut and i finally did.. i thought calling at 6mths pregnant is a lil too early, but it turns out, some made appoinments with their tukang urut the moment they knew they got pregnant sbb ada tukang urut yg 'hot' ek.. hehehe.. i didnt know.. :P
i already have a few contact for urut but unfortunately those given to me are not from s.alam.. and if possible i want someone from s.alam so that the journey from her (tkg urut) house to mine is not far so takde la additional travelling charges kan.. and kalau bole nk yg kakak tu bleh dtg sdri, and not kena jemput dia..
and after much digging baru la i tau rupanyer the most essential part of berurut is the 1st 3 days after bersalin. subsequent to that is AFTER berpantang period and is optional. phewwwww!!!
coz i was made known that we have to do it like weekly, and the cost is very steep.. kalau amik basic berurut, tungku n bengkung sbnrnyer cost dia takde la tinggi mana..
from the info i gathered, rate for urut lepas bersalin range from rm200 - rm400 for 3 days straight.. and for after berpantang, is about rm60 - rm100 per session..
to me, those mandi bunga, lulur, etc semua tu lepas pantang bleh buat, kat spa pun bleh buat kan..
alhamdulillah i've booked mine.. hopefully ok la sbb highly recommended by a friend kan.. tp terlupa nak tanya akak tu 1 soalan agak penting - pandai urut urat susu tak? adeh.. kena la tny nnti kut..
