ayra is now a mix bm-fm baby.
yesterday up until 630am tis mrng i could only produce 12 oz out of at least 20 oz (24 oz is the comfortable amount in case of traffic jam) of ebm that ayra needs daily.
i have to be realistic. i do not want my baby to starve. i will be an even worst mother if i let my baby starve just bcoz x nak sgt bg anak fm. so to feed my baby, i've already packed fm for ayra. already spoken to ibu (bbsitter) how to prepare the fm.
actually even considered taking half day off if needed if ayra cant consume the fm provided. even pesan kat ibu to let me knw as soon as possible if ayra cant drink fm, b4 the last bottle of ebm is consumed so tat i can rush off from work to feed my baby.
so tadi called ibu after lunch time and found out ayra didnt totally rejected the fm. drank 1 oz out of 2 oz prepared. ibu ni ada special power kut.. ibu je yg bleh make ayra do things tat i cannot.. hahaha..
but at least m relieved tat my baby wont be starving. at least i will be less stressed when i pump..
yup, i will still continue pumping. i will still strive to provide ayra with ebm. if possible to get back on track to feed ayra only with ebm. if di izinkan Allah.
as of now ayra is supplemented with similac hypoallergenic. i really hope she wont get an allergic reaction towards tis milk. as it is hypoallergenic fm smells funny and apparently it tastes bitter. my poor baby.
tis is why m still determined to continue breastfeeding n continue to strive on stocking up on ebm for ayra. do pray for us. ^_^
